I look past the looks that people give to me,but it burns my skin. I head to class. but Insted of class i went to the field behind the school.i look to the street and i want to leave but what is the point i willnt go home. i rather stay here then going home to a dranken mother and a father that is never home. A father that wishes that his dauter would have more friends.

It was last summer and my mom was dranken was a shock.She was taking me to the beach. My friend Nickie was popular. we're driving into the parking lot. my mom drove on to the beach .she moved that wheel so hard it hit nickie.

we went to the hospital.that very night she died.

then bell rings the final bell of the day.

I opened the door something smelled diffrent this time.clean.i looked around my mom was cleaning for once my dad is the one cleanig all the times."Why are u cleaning ?"she looked up like she was happy some how."I wanted to b/c a few of dad's friends are coming and they are bring there sons about your age "she smiled as thought this would make me have a boyfriend.

the time they came.
one of there sons got my attention. my dad told me to take care of the boys while he was with there fathers.so i showed then to my room. they were all very cute but one them was some how like i meet before somehow." hi my name is Danny"he gave a sort of wave "and this is frank and jake and jerry"" name is Gem"the guy that i thought he was really cute was Danny i felt like i know him all ready. frank turned to jerry whispered him something and turned to me. "so do u have any cds ?'' seems jerry was pretty shy.yup i have a some "i turned to my drawer and got out a couple of the cds i had"wat kind of music u want to hear i got a little of everything"they looked at each other like just by looking at each other they could know what the other wants then they nod"some Jazz"danny said in a postive tone that everyone wanted to hear it.

I put some on the disc player i had ."so wat school do u go to "i felt suprised that really come out of my mouth."country hills High"Jake answered Jerry asked"which school u go to "i tryed not to remerber that afternoon"the gateway High"i looked at danny while he was not looking at me. he turned at me but i turned in time then jake naged danny and wispered something.Danny got up and sat next to me and he sayed"want to dance?""sure" i gabed his hand .i asked danny"where do u live ?"danny looked down at me looked me in the eyes."Its far away and my school is all boys"i tred to act not intersted"wow that sounds lots of fun"stead of not intersted it came out more like sarcasome."u have any friends?"danny was still looking into my eyes"no my mom ran over one of my friends now no one wants to talk to me."i didnt dare look at his eyes ."is this sarcasome?"still didnt looked at him"no"i couldnt help but look at him"i am sorry"his eyes were looking like he shouldnt have asked about friends in the frist place"dont worry about me i have gotten over it i am just waitting for all the people to get over it as well it was just she was very popular and u know how it is"

The song ended and he let me go and he sat down i did as well."gem i wanted to ask u something eles "i looked up at Danny "ask me anything"he look like he was not ready to tell me but it was coming out "Will u go to the prom with me?"i felt like my body jerked some how.i looked at his eyes then i smiled "yes i will go with u"he got up and smiled and huged me.

I thought what had just happened was it all a dream?i got out of bed and went to the window .i looked down at disc player and it had the jazz cd in it.i was clear to me that it was all true. i went to the kicthen. Their was a smell of pancakes. i opened the door ."Hey gem "dad sayed in a over cheerful voice "so gem u r going to the prom with danny right?"now i know it is really true "yup"i sayed in a yawwn"we are going shopping for our dress today b/c the prom is tommorrow k?"then he looked up to look at me."which color will our dress be?" i thought of it "Black"he looked down again"okay we are leaving right after breakfest k?''"k"

the ride there was long.i statred to look for a dress .one of them caught my eye. it was black .smooth and shiny.it had desines stiched into the dress.beautiful .i grabed it . I grabed a perse that went with all the dress mostly my fav. dress.some jewelery and much more
we left and my dad really cared that i was get everything

i had to face all those people at school again. really didnt want to go.

i got to the cafe. everone was staring at me.well there was something wores.there was a huge poster behind me that i had not seen that sayed "hey loser!!!!"it was wat. wat expect from everyone.

i dont know who but i got in front of the school and everyone was staring or giving dirty looks they dont know nothing about me i am a stranger and i have always been even if i was with nickie.i got to my frist class and the bad thing was.i was prey begin hunted it felt. all eyes fell on me great!
i was so dum to just sit there but if i make a false move and i was dead.

the bell rang it felt like some pesser was lifted.

"hey loser!!!!!"a gang of guys maybe for the football was there."wat do u want?"i asked "well u can start by leaving this school"one of the guys sayed it . i turned the other way .
and there was DANNY!he was with all the other guys. i ran to him."wat r u doing here?"he looked at me"u r not happy that i am here?""yup i so happy"then he looked past me and looked at the football team"u r not getting in a fight with them they are in the football team"he looked at me and smiled "well i am in the basket ball team dose that count "they went in front of them .

"wat is wrong with u hasling my GIRL!"that hit me fast and hard it never got my attentoin that danny might really like me" dude i didnt know she was our girl"the football captain sayed ."well now u know and if we find out that u ever hasle my girl and i will personaly will beat the crap out of u !"that scared me as well . then he turned and grabed my hand and brought me to a empty hall "did they hurt u?" i looked into his eyes filled with kindess onece more but when he was saying the speech it was full of hate but i know he would be there for me.

"no they didnt".then he grabed me close and sayed"if they ever do hurt u. tell me k?"i looked up"yeah i will tell u"we walked down the hall hand in hand then the last bell ranged. "did u have a half day?" "yup " "oh"we walked to the car the guys were in the car all ready .i sat next to danny while jerry drived. danny had his hand around me.

they droped me off at my house. danny walked me to my door.he leanded to kiss me on a cheek. he left to the car. all the guys wavyed bye to me.i wavyed back .

i walked in. it felt weird b/c normaly it was dark with my mom in the coach but she was not. i looked into the kichen she was there was making something. i couldnt tell what it was.i went to my room and looked at the clock it was 4:00 pm it falshed.

at 8 i was going to prom so i would start getting ready at 6:30 so there was lots of time.

i look at my clock 1 hour left. so i went to the kichen and i wacthed my mom walking back and forth with food.then she noticed i was there "hey gem "she sayed in a cheerful voice "hey mom what are u doing "i saw a her putting cookies and putting them in the oven."oh i making u cookies for the long trip" i looked at her with somehow kindness i rushed to her and huged her "thanks mom"she looked at me and sayed "i love u gem u will always be my little girl "that was my frist time to hear her say anything like that."i love u too mom." i helped her. i looked at the clock it was 6:36 "i have to go get ready mom" she looked up "ok go a head"

i the dress and finaly like how i looked.

she called my name and my heart jumped. i walked down the stairs and there was danny. then there was a flash i turned to my mom . we took a few more we left with the basket and when i got out he grabed my hand and coseage on my hand.it was sliver that shined .i looked at him walked me to the car but it was not a car but a limo! we got in there was jerry and jake and frank.were sitting there with there dates."hey guys"i wavyed"hey gem !"then i talked with the guys dates .
"danny why are people staring at us?" he looked at me"well maybe b/c we r the basket ball team" "oh"i smiled we walked to the dance floor.there was a loud music we danced something about danny made me feel like he loved me.

the night was perfect.even danny was crowed king.but when we got to the limo something went wrong. the rode was slipery and the limo slide off the road straight into the river that was next to the road.

the limo began to fill .we all tired to get out of the limo b/c the water kept on coming in faster and faster. was up into my neck now then tired opening the door they did.but i was last on out and the door shut then i heard banging then nothing but darkness.

u can say that i had taken my last breath.

when they got the limo out.danny open the door but i was gone.he cried holding me.he sayed that i was not dead but that wasnt going to bring back to life..i was an angel.flying over him .watching him.loving him.
and i had found out he was my frist boy friend.and now he is my frist love and he will allways be.
