(I decided to make this thread instead of going to bed. )

So, come on, show off your artistic talents! Drawings, paintings, sketches, cartoons, doodles, anything.

This thread was not an opportunity for me to attention-seek or anything, I promise. Limelight scares me. I'm just genuinely interested to see what you guys can come up with.

Here's a couple of things I've done for my current art project on portraiture:

The self portrait now has a plain sky-blue background. I'm really rather proud of it. I wish I hadn't posted the first one though, it looks terrible so large... It went wrong >.<

Miss*Mental: As the cool kids would say, it's "obvi" that the second one is amazing, but the first one isn't getting as much credit as it deserves. I didn't know who that guy was so I searched his name on Google Image Search and I immediately knew which picture you used to draw it. Very impressive.

dizzy2: As people keep saying - really, really cool. In fact, you might say it kind of made me dizzy. DIZZY! HAR HAR HAR! Yeah.

I don't know. Is he a UK actor? I'm, like, 3000+ miles away from there in the USA, for starters.

Again, beautiful drawing. It's way stunning. *Eye*-catching, even. (Oy vey.) I can't imagine how it can look better in real life. Personally, I don't mind the size one bit. Though you can always upload it to ImageShack; they offer a thumbnail option.
